When you use CanArt via Telegram, we collect:

• Telegram User ID — to identify your account and maintain your workspace
• Messages you send — text prompts and images you share with the bot for generation
• Generated images — stored temporarily in your workspace
• Usage data — generation count, model used, timestamps (for quota tracking)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate images based on your prompts
• Maintain your Brand Memory preferences
• Track usage for free tier limits and paid credits
• Improve service quality and fix bugs

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not use your images to train AI models
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your prompts or images with other users

4. Data Retention

Conversation history and daily memory files are auto-deleted after 30 days. Generated images are stored in your workspace until the workspace is cleaned (typically 7 days for unused files). Paid credit purchase records are retained for accounting purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our functionality:

• Telegram Bot API — message delivery and file transfer
• AI model providers — image generation (your prompts are sent to these services)
• Stripe / Telegram Stars — payment processing (we do not store your payment details)

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). API keys are stored in secure vaults and never exposed to user-facing agents. Each user workspace is isolated — no user can access another user's files or history.

7. Your Rights

You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us via Telegram. We will remove your workspace, history, and any stored preferences within 7 business days.
