1. Service Description

CanArt is an AI image generation service operated through Telegram by CanMarket. The service generates images based on text prompts and reference images provided by users.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CanArt to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or NSFW content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to extract API keys, bypass security measures, or access other users' data
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the free tier quota
  • Resell generated images as AI-generation-as-a-service to third parties

3. Image Ownership

Images you generate using CanArt belong to you. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes including e-commerce listings, social media, and marketing materials. CanMarket retains no ownership rights over your generated images.

4. Free Tier & Credits

  • Free tier provides 4 generations per day, resetting at UTC 00:00
  • Unused free credits do not roll over
  • Paid credits never expire
  • Credit costs vary by operation: standard (1 credit), HD/edit/poster (2 credits), 4K (4 credits)

5. Refunds

Unused paid credits are refundable upon request. Used credits and free tier allocations are non-refundable. Refund requests should be made via Telegram within 30 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability

CanArt is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may perform maintenance, update models, or modify features without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

CanMarket's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or fitness of generated images for any particular purpose.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the bot.
